1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph684 ("ph684", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph684.cam ("Platform").

3 Account Registration

5 Withdrawals

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Abuse

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph684 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and trade marks, is the exclusive property of ph684 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph684 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of ph684 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal proceedings under applicable Philippine and international law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ph684 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or that defects will be corrected, though we commit to maintaining the highest practicable level of uptime and promptly addressing technical issues as they arise.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

ph684 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Receipt of a regulatory directive requiring account closure
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to administrative review)

Upon account closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonuses and pending investigations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

14 Amendments to These Terms

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ph684 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall limit ph684's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction with respect to any matter relating to the protection of its intellectual property or confidential information.
